How to Raise a Defect on Build Buddy: Quick Guide for Users

The Defects feature in Build Buddy makes it simple for you to ensure that any issues or defects in your build are promptly addressed. It works hand in hand with Quality Assurance, so if you're already using the Quality Assurance checklist, you can easily raise defects as part of that process. Raising a Defect

Located within the Quality Assurance tab, the "Raise a Defect" button lets you log any defect. You’ll be able to add details like the defect category, a description, location, deadline for fixing, and even upload supporting documents or photos.

Once a defect is raised, it becomes a task for the Build Buddy Pro, who will review and resolve it, ensuring your project stays on track and meets the highest standards.
