There are two ways to message a Pro - via the dashboard or from within a task.

Dashboard

1. Go to your dashboard and look at the right-hand side, below your digital wallet.
2. Here, you’ll see your recent messages, along with the task name and the Build Buddy Pro associated with it.
3. Click on the message, and your conversation with that Pro will pop up, allowing you to message them directly.

Task

1. Open the task where you want to message the Pro engaged with it.
2. Click the Messages tab and select the message. Your chat with the Pro will appear, and you can continue messaging them.
3. OR Within the task, click the speech bubble icon in the top right corner to quickly access and send messages to the Pro involved in that task.
