1. Project Set-Up
   After verifying your account, you’ll be prompted to set up your first project. Begin by entering a project name (e.g., "Sam’s Dream Home").

   2.  Select Your Project Type
        Choose the type of project you're working on. At this stage, only "Build a New House" is available. "Renovations" will be an option soon.

    3.  Enter Your Site Address

          Input the address of your project site. This is the physical location where the build will take place.

    4.  Choose Your Current Design Status
        Select the option that best describes where you are in the design process:

• I’m Ready To Design My New Home: If you're just getting started, this option allows you to explore floor plans and begin the design process.
• I’m Ready To Get My Home Design Approved: If you’ve completed your design and are ready to seek approval, select this option.
• My New Home Design Has Been Approved: Choose this if your design is finalized and approved.
• I’m Ready to Commence Construction: Select this option if everything is in place and you’re ready to start construction.
• I’m Ready To Get My Home Design Approved: If you’ve completed your design and are ready to seek approval, select this option.
• My New Home Design Has Been Approved: Choose this if your design is finalized and approved.
• I’m Ready to Commence Construction: Select this option if everything is in place and you’re ready to start construction.

    5.   Site Address Status

           Indicate the current condition of your project site:

• Knock Down, Rebuild: Select this if there’s an existing structure on the land that needs to be demolished before building.
• Vacant Block: Choose this if your project site is empty and ready for construction.
• Click on the orange “Next” button

   6.  Home Design Type

         Indicate the best tile that suits your home design type:

• Single-Storey Home
• Double-Storey Home
• Duplex and Dual Occupancy Homes
• Granny Flats
