To receive a Bill of Allowances (BoA), you will need to do the following:

1. Provide necessary reports in relation to your land per your Build Buddy workflow.
2. Finalise your selections.
3. Finalise your plans including elevations, joinery and electrical details.
4. Engage with an Estimator via the Build Buddy platform.
5. Your selected Estimator will then create your Bill of Allowances and submit it to the Build Buddy platform.
6. Once you are happy with your Bill of Allowances, you can lock your Bill of Allowances under the "Financials" tab in the navigation bar.
