Quotes and contracts provide peace of mind by simplifying the process of requesting, confirming, and managing project agreements.
Easy Quote Management
With Build Buddy, you can effortlessly request, receive, and accept quotes from professionals (PROs). Once you accept and approve a quote, the system automatically generates a contract for you to sign.

Secure Document Storage
All signed contracts are securely stored in the task's Shared Document Library, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards throughout the design and building process.
Contract Generation
Contracts are generated based on the value of the job and state regulations. For example, in NSW, if the job exceeds $5,000, a formal contract will be created. If it’s under $5,000, a simpler agreement will be generated.
Build Buddy compiles all relevant information into one comprehensive contract document, including:
- Standard terms and conditions
- Business terms and conditions (if applicable)
- Special conditions (detailed in the quote)
- Payment schedule (detailed in the quote)
- Scope of works (task tab)
- Relevant attachments
