Member Permission Levels

Build Buddy offers different member permission levels, each with specific permissions and access levels. These member types include Creator, Manager, Contributor and Viewer.

• Creator: A Creator is an Owner Builder that has full access to the platform, including banking, dashboard, defects, designer, document library, messaging, projects, viewing reports, selections and tasks.
  
• Manager:  A Manager is a Partner or Relative that can make task payments, view transactions, view dashboard, defects, document library, messaging, edit project details, view reports, selections and tasks.
  
• Contributor (previously Supervisor): A Contributor can view transactions, defects, designer, document library, messaging, edit project details, view reports, edit and view tasks, and manage variations.
  
• Viewer (Coming Soon): A Viewer is a curious Friend who can only view the dashboard, defects, document library, reports and tasks.

Creator permission level is automatically assigned to the user who first created the project. There can only be one Creator per project, and cannot be reassigned.
