When you enter your site address into the search bar, a summary card will pop up with key details about your property. Here’s what you’ll see:

• Property Value Estimate: An estimated value of the property.
• Lot Size: The size of your land.
• Street Frontage: The width of the front of your property (the part facing the street).
• Planning Rules: The building rules and regulations set by your local council.
• Risks and Overlays: Important info like whether your land is in a fire zone, flood zone, or other risk areas.
• Elevation: How high your property is above sea level.

You can also download this information as a report for easy reference.
