In Build Buddy, you can easily access an overview of a task’s variations through the Variations tab. Here, you'll find the status of each variation (awaiting approval, approved, rejected), any additional days needed for completion, and the associated costs. This transparency allows you to discuss and integrate changes directly with PROs, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.

Overview of Variations

When you open the Variations tab, you’ll see a table that lists all variations, their statuses, additional completion days, and costs. You can easily accept or decline each variation, making it simple to manage changes throughout your project.

Process of Raising Variations

• User Request: The process begins when you request a change in the scope of work. You’ll message the PRO about the desired change.
• Proposal by PROs: Only PROs can raise variations. After your request, the PRO will provide details regarding any necessary adjustments, including timing, cost changes, and other relevant information.
• User Decision: Once you receive the PRO's proposal, you’ll see each proposed variation along with their status, additional completion days, and costs. You can then choose to accept or decline each variation, streamlining the management of changes in your project.
• Continue Task: After accepted, continue with the task as usual, following what the task says is your next step.

This structured process ensures that all modifications are handled efficiently, keeping your project on track.
