Our Quality Assurance process has been developed by industry experts and is aligned with best practices to ensure compliance with construction standards. It provides an easy way for you to report defects for any checklist item.

In the Quality Assurance tab inside tasks, you have access to two main sections: Quality Assurance Checklist and Defects. You can find more information about defects here.

You can access quality assurance checklists directly through the “Quality Assurance” tab within each task. Where relevant, each task comes with a built-in checklist designed to keep the scope of work on track and ensure it meets industry standards.

You can also add your own checklist items, however, we recommend you add your own checklist items before you request any quotes.

To use the checklist, simply tick the box next to each item after you have checked the quality of that item, which is tailored specifically to the task at hand. This streamlined process helps maintain quality throughout your project.
